Terms and Conditions for Cloudmining

When purchasing the offers available on crypto-hashpower.com, we provide computing power for your crypto mining for the period described in the offer at the specified hashrate. The crypto miner (ASIC) uses the computing algorithm (mining algorithm) specified in the offer. The purchased offer relates to the provision of computing power with the algorithm specified in the offer. This is so-called cloud mining.

You purchase a certain amount of ‘computing power’ for your crypto mining, which we then make available to you for the agreed period of time. You have to send us your mining pool data and the computing power is then used for your purposes for the agreed period of time and at the agreed hash rate and mines cryptocurrencies in the respective mining algorithm, using the mining pool of your choice.

Different ASIC miners from different manufacturers are used for providing these service. For you as the purchaser, this does not normally matter, as you are only interested in the agreed hashrate being provided for the purchased period. In principle, there is no entitlement to a specific miner or a specific number of miners being used for you.

Hashpower is always provided for the mining algorithm described in the offer. Therefore, only coins or tokens that use this algorithm can be mined. Please find out (by asking us if necessary) whether the cryptocurrency you have chosen can be mined using the algorithm specified in the offer. The offers often already contain a description of some individual cryptocurrencies for which the mining algorithm in question is suitable.

ATTENTION: If you intend to mine in very small crypto mining pools and want to mine rather unknown coins there, it is possible that the agreed hashrate cannot be provided or cannot be provided at the agreed hashrate due to problems with the mining pool. We will notify you of this separately before mining if this is foreseeable from the outset. In such cases, we will grant you the right to withdraw from the contract (in addition to your other statutory rights) if the provision of the service has not yet begun, i.e. the miner has not yet been started. If problems only occur after mining has started, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, advise you to change the pool, unless you approve of the existing disadvantages.

By purchasing this offer, you do not acquire ASIC miners, but only the possibility of using them in such a way that one or more ASIC mining devices for the pool(s) selected by you provide the hashrate specified in the offer for the period offered (e.g. 48 hours, 5 days, 1 week, etc.) and mine cryptocurrencies for you using a specific mining algorithm and mining pool. There is no actual physical handover or provision of mining devices to you, not even temporarily. You cannot (and do not have to) make any changes to the miners' system settings yourself. We always enter pool data for you ourselves. This also avoids ‘operating errors’.

As you name the pool data (please send this by e-mail after the purchase or directly in the purchase process), all earnings from the mining process are transferred immediately and directly to your wallets or your account with the pool. We do not come into contact with the proceeds generated by you, not even as a trustee or similar constructions. It is your duty as the purchaser to provide wallet addresses and pool data which you can fully access and where you have all necessary passwords.

We cannot influence whether and to what extent the mining process is successful or profitable; the ASIC miner itself only carries out its work within the agreed hash power and time. It is difficult to predict whether or how many ‘blocks’ or coins will be found during mining or how much revenue will be generated. Please try to check this yourself as part of your own  ‘due diligence’ before the purchase and starting the mining process. We do not assume any liability or guarantee for the success or a specific yield of the mining process. We only ensure that the data entered in the pool is entered into the respective miners and that they then work for you. If, contrary to expectations, the purchased hashrate is not achieved, we will, at our discretion, either extend the cloud mining period or refund the price on a pro rata basis (measured by the hashrate achieved for the entire period in relation to the purchased hashrate; the hashrate is measured for each miner used on the basis of the data transmitted and stored by the miner to determine performance, as the hashrate measured by pools may deviate from this).

IMPORTANT:

To be on the safe side, please provide 2 different pools with your user data so that any failures of individual pools (for which we are not responsible) do not affect your search results.

It is not normally possible to switch pools during the rental period, as long as they have been transmitted (generally only in the event of incorrect transmissions or if a pool does not work (or no longer works)). This means that you cannot switch back and forth between different pools during mining. If you intend to change mining pools or the cryptocurrency to be mined, please select a mining pool where this is possible via the user interface of the mining pool itself (e.g. mining-dutch.nl or viabtc.com). These pools also have the advantage that you can switch between PPS mining, PPLNS and solo mining yourself at the click of a mouse.

Please let us know the complete pool data you require after purchase. As soon as we have the pool data, we will start the mining process for you within a few hours, sometimes even within a few minutes.

ATTENTION:

If you send us the data of your mining pools, we will provide the purchased service immediately; the mining process will then start for you. By sending us the pool data, you are therefore requesting that the provision of the purchased services (provision of computing power for crypto mining) should begin during the cancellation period.

If you have requested that the services should commence during the cancellation period (see below on the cancellation policy for consumers), you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The provider of this service is listed in the imprint.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel concluded contracts in accordance with the cancellation policy, e.g. by using this cancellation form.
